Our Founders
Meet Simone Vescio & Reika Roberts
Derma Aesthetics Pty Ltd was established under the leadership of co-founders Simone Vescio and Reika Roberts in 2010 upon their identification of noticeable gaps in conventional beauty applications and education standards throughout Australasia.
Simone Vescio’s mission as Visionary & Co-Founder of derma aesthetics has always been to identify opportunities to change people’s lives, not just their skin. Harnessing the power of dermaviduals along with her in-depth understanding of chemistry, skin anatomy & physiology, Simone has been able to successfully achieve her core purpose becoming an authoritative educator in the aesthetics industry.Â
With a background in human resources and accounting and over 20 years in the cosmetics industry, Reika Robert’s vision is to support and encourage a vibrant and sustainable beauty industry. She champions personal development across the industry and as a result, her own business has a creative, diverse and vibrant team of experts who are knowledgeable; bringing products to the marketplace that are world renowned, efficacious and results driven.Â

Led by Head of Education Lisa Paone, alongside Educator & Research Lead Kai Atkinson, Educator Sandra Trostel, and Education Coordinator Stevie Bullen, our Education Team brings together extensive experience across clinical practice, training delivery, and professional education.
We are passionate about empowering skin health professionals through science-led learning, hands-on support, and accessible resources. Together, we design and deliver high-quality education programs and events across Australasia, supporting confidence, growth, and long-term success within the aesthetics industry.
